Clause 4 The Educational Institution reserves the right to modify the curriculum, schedule, or faculty as necessary to meet the educational needs of the Student and maintain academic standards.
Clause 5 This contract shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Educational Institution is located, and any disputes arising from or related to this contract shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules and procedures of the American Arbitration Association.
