Clause 1 The Student acknowledges and agrees that the study of law is a rigorous and demanding pursuit requiring dedication, perseverance, and intellectual acumen.
Clause 2 The Educational Institution agrees to provide the necessary resources, including but not limited to qualified faculty, comprehensive curriculum, and access to legal research materials, to facilitate the Student`s study of law.
Clause 3 The Student agrees to adhere to all rules, regulations, and academic standards set forth by the Educational Institution in the pursuit of their legal education.
Clause 4 The Educational Institution reserves the right to modify the curriculum, schedule, or faculty as necessary to meet the educational needs of the Student and maintain academic standards.
Clause 5 This contract shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Educational Institution is located, and any disputes arising from or related to this contract shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules and procedures of the American Arbitration Association.
